Due to the nature of our business of selling live plants, we are unable to accept returns. Our commitment and promise to you is that each item is hand-picked and we will ship a high-quality product! The quality packaging method is from many years of experience with shipping live plants. This helps ensure the plants will arrive to you safely.
If there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receipt. Once you have alerted us we promise to work with you to resolve the issue. Historically, we only have few returns but please remember, cosmetic problems like yellowing or browning leaves, tip burn, leaf drops or minor breakage of non-structural stems/branches, are uncommon, but will not impact a plant’s overall health and do not fall under the refund. Because all inventory is trimmed regularly, we feel the root system is strong. We believe that trimming while the plants are young will enforce strong root systems and we have confidence our plants can perform if there is shipping stress or other minor issues.
For our guarantee to apply:
1. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt that there is a problem with your order.
2. Send photos of the plant and the damage within 7 days. We likely will ask you plant it within 7 days of receiving the plant and to give the item 2-4 weeks to recover. Failure to unbox the plants in a timely manner, overwintering/hardiness issues, plants damaged by your local animals, insects, or diseases, watering issues like under/over-watering or flooding, or improper planting are not part of our warranty.
3. If the plant is deemed refundable after the above two requirements are met, we will issue a one-time refund of 50% of the original amount paid for the plant within 30-45 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Note: a final photo of the failed plant will be required to process your refund request.
